Harold
("Hal") Fishler was born in San Francisco and raised in Berkeley, CA.
He has been involved in acquisitions, operations and marketing of income-producing
investment properties since 1971, both as a real estate broker and an investor.
Mr. Fishler earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from California State University at Hayward where he completed additional graduate work in Business and Finance.
Mr.
Fishler has prepared many investment syndications, supervised numerous tax
deferred exchanges, and has served as a general partner or investor/owner in
countless multi-residential income properties including the famed Hillcastle
Hotel in Oakland, CA. He has lectured on such subjects as Income
Property Management Strategies and the Art of Income Property Acquisition.
Mr.
Fishler is licensed in California and Oklahoma.
Although he travels frequently, he is "at home" at his estate in the
Northern California Sierra Foothills where he resides with his lovely wife,
Linda.
